DESCRIPTION:CHOTA (CHurches and CHapels On The Air) Founder John G3XYF has 
 announced that CHOTA will take place on the above date.  Anyone wishing t
 o participate and run a special event station should\, in the first instan
 ce\, please contact OFCOM for a SES callsign. Participation on church prem
 ises or within church grounds would need to be agreed by the church leader
 s.\n\nOnce arrangements have been agreed please contact John G3XYF email a
 ddress jhwresdell@gmail.com.  This will enable John to provide a list of 
 SES stations\, the operators name and church location which in turn will b
 e published on the WACRAL website.\n\nJohn G3XYF will be active using GB0L
 OW from his local church in the East Riding of Yorkshire.\n\nPhotographs a
 nd reports following the CHOTA activities would be appreciated to the News
 letter editor Peter G0PPQ.\n\nThere is an award available for working any 
 CHOTA stations on the Saturday of the event – . Let’s hope the conditi
 ons are good!\n\nThose claiming the award must contact eight (8) or more C
 HOTA stations. Copies of the logs must include date\, time\, frequency\, c
 all sign of station and operators name and call sign.\n\nTo claim your awa
